"GIVE LOVE ON CHRISTMAS DAY"

Oh! It's Christmas, what can you feel? It's very cool! I can really feel what Christmas is! When you ask what is Christmas, this is the birth of our SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST, we can see christmas-tree, christmas-light, gifts & etc in our house also in the streets, Christmas is sharing gifts, exchanging cards and also give love. There are also boys & girls caroling, singing christmas songs & also christmas is important day to us. Some people want yo change their attitudes & also their life. And if they ask you what is the best gift you can give to your community this christmas?

For me, If they ask me what is the best gift I can give to my community this christmas is LOVE and RESPECT, because love is the thing that I can share and give to my fellow to become coloful & peace & also unforgettable Christmas they have, If you give love on christmas day you feel you are in heaven & you can also feel how happy you can give love to others & also respect because if you didn't respect w/ each other there is no peace to your community, and also discipline is the most important thing to prove how good erson you are. Respect is the way how person understand to each other. LOVE & RESECT is the best gift I can give to my community. If there is no love and respect how can we reach our peace. So, this are the gifts I can give.

As we all know CHRISTMAS is the day we celebrate the birth of our JESUS CHRIST, & also our family will become complete, happy, sharing loves, giving gifts and we can forgive the persons who committ mistakes to us.CHRISTMAS is our peace, unforgettable day and meaningful to our life. CHRISTMAS!!!. . . . .I LOVE IT!

"THE VALUES MONTH CELEBRATION; PAGPAPATIBAY NG PAGKATAONG FILIPINO TUGON SA HAMON NG PANAHON. . ."

As the different clubs celebrated their months, there are many activities that we need to do, the MR. and MS. STEP 2009, flowering arrangement, marcotting contest, table clothing, painting contest, and bar tending, the VALUES CLUB; Tagisan ng talino, slogan contest, kite flying contest, cook festival, sayaw awit and the morning trivia and last week of NOVEMBER. . .THE 2009 CITY MEET held at ISNHS. These are the activities that already done at the school, ILOCOS SUR NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL.

At the last month(NOVEMBER) the values month celebration, so ,there are many activities that we need to joined like the Tagis-talino, slogan contest, kite flying, cook festival and sayaw awit. They celebrated this activities to develop the skills of the students, to challenged them to show and share their hidden talents and also to show their cooperation to each other and their creativity. As we all know, all the students were busy this day. All the students were tired but honestly speaking this is a challenging job being a students but it is interesting and enjoy this is also the way to be learn and to become more develop and to become a successful person someday.

But by the way the theme of the values month: "PAGPAPATIBAY NG PAGKATAONG FILIPINO TUGON SA HAMON NG PANAHON". As this theme I would relate to us, because we tried our very best to joined some of the contest but we haven't more time to plan and to practice so we decided that we will not joined the contest and because our schedule is very hectic, but at least we show our being sportmanship, cooperation and we decided wisely and we all said that we give chance to other.

These are the activities done last month and this is a challenging job and unforgettable experience to us.

"2ND QUARTER!!!. . .PROVING SOMETHING AND INTERESTING!!!. . .

" I met different kinds of people in all walks of life. . . people who will never understand my principles in life. . . people who keep trying to PUT ME DOWN and TELL BAD THINGS BEHIND my BACK!. . . But through it all, I struggle to prove them myself that I did not exist just to PLEASE THEM!!. . ."
As the time coming faster and faster. . . the 2nd Quarter came !. . . So, as a student we are developing our skills in all aspects in our life. As quarters past by, we have learned more right? Since, the 2nd came, I learned a lot as my 1st quarter but this quarter I learned more. First: I learned to become stronger, braver and to become better, Second: I also learned to prove to them that I also do what are they doing and showing they best as the quotation " If others can so why can I!", and I also learned about HTML, how to use the html tags, how to use the background image, colors and so on. Lastly, I already improved how to use computer as by myself.
If they ask me if there are some problems in this subject, I'll say yes, because in this quarter some of our lessons that we missed because of the typhoons came in to our country and sometimes we are coming late to go to the computer room because sometimes our first period teacher overed-time and he dismissed us late.
How did I address these challenges??
First, I address these challenges by sacrificing all the hindrances coming in my life, I try to give all my best to prove something to show how good I am, fight all the challenges that I need to face and most of all I will trust with all by myself to prove them.
Proving on I will. . . . study harder and harder to show to them how goon I am and I will do my very best to prove that I have also the ability or the talent they have . And I also prove it to myself that I also can what others can. I will be a good model. I learned a lot!!!

Science, is a knowledge acquired by careful observation by deduction of the laws which govern changes and condition and by testing these deductions by experiments. It is also a branch of study, one concerned with facts principles and methods a technique based on training. So, we must used our science culture in a better way at all times. In every seconds, minutes, and hour,science culture is applying for every things we used and do. We need to give important to our science culture in different things in our life so that our country will become successful and progress. SCIENCE CULTURE is very important in our life and this is also the way and key to become a successful person and successful country.
Science Culture is very important thing to us because it help us to enlighten our knowledge to show our skills in different way and to show our respect, love, and care to our environment especially in our NATURE, OUR MOTHER EARTH. We shouldn't do bad things in our environment so that we can avoid to have pollution, erosion, and most of all different diseases that cannot cure anyone. But as off today, because of this things was discovered we can easily do the works we need to do and so that our time will not be waste, this is our TECHNOLOGY.
Technology is the practical use of knowledge do construct thing, to make work easier and to make our lives more comfortable. It is also cure diseases. Is how advancing very quickly, dramatically changing the way we live. Today, technologists must find ways to enrich our lives in the ways that respect the Earth's and cause pollution. Technology is also a major cultural determinant, no less important in shaping human lives than philosophy, religious, social organization or political systems.
The terms SCIENCE and TECHNOLOGY are often confounded. The confusion arises because of so much of contemporary technology is based on the natural science- such disciplines as physics, chemistry, biology and the other branches of knowledge that deal with the study, measurement and understanding of natural phenomena.
In simplest terms, the concerns of the science is "why" and of technology, 'how". So, we must do good things not bad things in our environment, protect, love and save uor MOTHER EARTH.

Filipino Language:Key To National Identity

"If you love your own language,sure your own language will also love and it is the key to success in our life and it is also the way to challenge us to develop our skills at all times. . ."
Language is very important to us,it is also how humans communicate with one another,over thousands of years people developed different languages.As we all know that GOD gave us our own langueges in different country so that we can give it important,proud &love.But not all the times our own languages,we cannot control that we can't used it properly.Like when we go to the other country to find work for our family & so that we can help our parents.We didn't notice that we are already ignore & we are not giving important & also love to our own language for the sake of our work & our family.And if we go to other country we also know how to speak with their own language so that we will understand with one another & we can communicate with them easily & quickly.But,a big question(?)are we still giving important & love to our own languages?
As Dr.Jose Rizal said that"Ang hindi marunong magmahal sa sariling wika ay higit pa sa amoy ng mabahong isda".So,if we didn't know how to love our own language we are not also giving love & important to our own country.So,we must thrown away our manana habits & we will give love our own language."Filipino Language is the Key for National Identity".

"A CHALLENGING JOB...BUT IT IS ENJOYABLE & MEMORABLE!!!"

Before the first quarter end...I would like to share something,there are things that I have learned in our subject TLE IV.First,I have learned to be strong,to become happy either I'm not fine,to become patient,to smile,to become brave and most of all I have learned to faced all the challenges in my life.
Problems?Challenges?Oh?!These are the things that we can never ignore!!!All of us we have these one,right?There are problems/challenges that I have encountered in this subject.When I heard computer?hands on?I'm very excited because this is the one of my favorite part in these subject and also this is the way how I'm become challenged.Yes ,it is challenging but it is also enjoyable.Unfortunately,the problems/challenges that I have encountered in these subject is the computer and the noise of my classmates.Computer,because when we have an activities,these is the one of our problem with my groupemates because it is too slow to open and loading.Me and my groupmates are becoming angry because we have waited for how many years hehe..should I say how many seconds,minutes,hours haytx!!!we already make our quotation from our computer that is"wow!!!48 years tayo maghintay bago mag-open computer natin"thats our quotation.I'm so angry in that computer but honestly speaking I learned a lot.(Wow naman...)
How did I address these challenges???First of all,I am a person who is not easily to give up & come tired to fight all the challenges in my life so I address these challenges by trying my very best,to become brave,strong & patient & most of all I learned to laugh,to smile even if I'm not ok & happy.I believe in the saying"A straight line can be a curve line".
Proving on I will...try my very very best to show who I am,fight all my classmates showing their talents & who they are,but I will show my ability to become a successful student & I will show the things that i know & even I will become tromatized at least I tried my very best to prove myself that I have a hidden talent.For me,this is a challenging job...through a successful life and happy ending.

Humans are unique among animals for their ability to produce dozens of different sounds to combine these sounds into words and sentences.The human brain is large and its highly complex organ.
Language is how humans communicate with one another,either through speech,writing or sign language.Language also started as a collection of sounds,arranged so that they mean something.Over thousands of years,people developed different languages.Communication between nerve cells,in the form of impulses,takes place with dazzling speed in the brain possess specialized areas are devoted to yet another essential human skill:the ability to use language.Humans seem to be born with the ability to acquire and use language.This can be seen in the process by which children learn to talk.Even the youngest children appear to have an innate sense of how to learn and apply rules of grammar and syntax,even if they don't always apply them correctly at first.Such skills seem to indicate that the ability to use language is unique and instrinsic part of human intelligence.
Speaking english or filipino languages,very important to us because it gives us to developed our skills,so that we can easily understand what others saying and it also to communicate with other people.English and Filipino languages,are ways to challenged us to developed our skills & to express our selves and gives our vocabularies become widely.If other people correct you what are you saying or if it is wrong grammar don't be shy because it is the way to developed our skills.

"You are what you eat!"Of course,no one turns into an orange after an eating an orange.But the essential nutrients of life-all the substances that the body needs to grow and maintain itself-come from foods.Many components of foods become part of the body's cells & tissues.Good food choices give the body what it needs to thrive & grow & do its daily tasks.Choosing the "wrong"foods deprives the of some of the fuel it needs to function properly.The term that is used to identify the food components needed by the body is essential nutrients.So,What'sNUTRITION all about?
In the month of July,we always celebrated the Nutrition Month in the school.Our school give us a different activities to do to celebrate this nutrition month.In the theme:"Wastong Nutrisyon Kailangan,Lifestyle Diseases Iwasan".All the activities we do are like:The oratorical contest,cook festival,& this activity the students show their creativity & talent in cooking,& also they cook different style to show the nutrious food,food festival,moral painting,nutri-quiz,nutri-jingle,etc.Nutrition gives ourselves become healhty.So,nutrition is very important.A well-balance diet is the cornerstone of good health & a protective agent against disease.We need to eat nutritious food & proper eating & we also need to follow the three basic food groups.
Nutrition is playing an increasingly visible role in the health-care setting,thanks to recent clinical studies that link good nutrition to the prevention of diseases.And also nutrition is a nourishing or being nourished & is also the process of feeding.We must give important to our nutrition. . .
